     You all will never believe it.   El Gringo Viejo clicked into the Democrat Senate Campaign Committee's call for condemnation of Rush Limbaugh's ''mysogeny".  Of the respondents who had arrived....very few really....something like 1,400 since the call went out, over half were not in approval of condemning Rush.

     The funnier part is that the screed has been totally taken over by Muslim Brotherhood types and Syrian Assadistas calling O'bamaham names and invoking prayers to Allah that it would be His will to destroy the meddling Americans, especially O'bamaham.   We know that way down deep inside the Muslim Brotherhood is terribly concerned about the psychological damage and hurt that poor little Saint Fluke has suffered at the hands of The Misogynist.

      If only William Jefferson Blythe ("You'd better put some ice on that lip.") were here to show Rush how women really want to be treated.    His example was really something.   Really.

      It is a wondrous thing to be allowed to see the perfect hypocrisy of marxists.  Praise be.

For Those Who Fret, a Source of Comfort

     Many OROGs become depressed at the slightest notion that Father O'bamaham could possibly be re-elected.    We know there are several who hope for a positive outcome for the President, but most who invest their time here come to find out things about Mexico or have some comfort blogfood.

     Take faith, and be of good cheer.  Many of us do not take the trouble to go to Rasmussen's comparison of "The President makes me feel a little nauseated all the way to  'the President makes me puke'" a opposed to "The President is doing alright all the way to 'I simply love the President and wish I had married him'".   This used to be called an "intensity index", that measure only the most dedicated, heartfelt, intense feelings of the respondents to the pollster's questions.   It often can predict probable turnout preponderance, as in whether the Republicans or the Democrats will have an easier time turning out their vote.

     The above graph shows fairly clearly that on a scale of 0 -  5, Father O'bamaham has not been able to ignite the 4's and 5's enough to make it over the 30% mark since January of 2011.

No matter what the MSM says, that is stunning.   Critical, way-past-the-red-line B A D.   For O'bamaham.

      It means that the ooommph! to haul voters out to the polls, whose only motivation is the possibility of receiving more public assistance will be very difficult.   Once people are really trained into lethargy, they can lose even the instinct to beg....it is just too much trouble.   Besides, we can use the Lone Star Card at MacDonald's now, anyway.

     This is why there is such a frenzy about whipping up  the frenzy level of the Mrs. Che Guevara  Vegetarian Foundation for Women's Issues, and the Democrat National Socialist Party by means of  this "contraception plot".    They are trying to scare the ear wax out of those females who have deductive capacity of a dead rock by saying..."the Republicans are going to take away your contraceptives".    There are many who are so pitifully stupid, and so hopelessly incapable of even the most basic deductive reasoning that they will fall for the argument.    But....wait!   That's not bad news, because those women vote Democrat anyway, and they are likely not to vote, even with the fervor that is happening now.

     The MSM has been hiding the fall-off reflected above for several months, now.   Over a year.    It is even known by Republican strategists.   THE MOST INCREDIBLE THING NOW IS THAT EVEN WITH THE DUST UP ABOUT THE POOR GIRL WHO WANTS YOU TO PAY FOR HER BC PILLS, THE FALL CONTINUES.   Notice that the graph actually diverges, even after the dust up began, starting with the stupid questioning of Romney by Stephanopoulos and, a week ago, Fluke's Inquisition and Martyrdom.    If a person watches the merest amount of MSM he will be surprized at the above facts.   But facts they are.

     Be encouraged as well that the 43% who score 4 and 5 in terms of disapproval are ardently committed, in all probability to voting for almost anybody other than O'bamaham.    They want him to buy his VOLT next February, if they are still being made, not five years from now.  Take faith.   This poll, essentially indicates, if we remain motivated.... a possible landslide in favour of at least a more or less conservative.    If we can push the Congress a bit to the right at the same time, we are on the cusp of an Alleluia moment.

Recently Discovered Letter

Last Saturday, the Gringo Viejo was going through some old letters that had been handed down from some ancestors from the 1800s.   One was of particular interest.  It is included below, in its entirety.

         After three years of incessant warfare, occasioning the considerable loss of precious blood and treasure to both sides of this lamentable time in our history, it is my decision to order all activity, military, naval, and civilian, taking place on the behalf of the United States of America within the territorial boundaries of what has been styled "The Confederate States of America"  to cease.    All agents and orderlies of the United States of America have been ordered to return to territory commonly recognised by our representative, in concert with those who represent your National Authority, and we trust your Honourable Guarantee of safe passage to said individuals, their families, and their pertinences.

        This withdrawal will take place throughout any and all territory pertaining to those States within the territorial domain of the Confederate States of America, to wit:

         Alabama

         Arkansas

         Florida

         Georgia

One can only imagine my surprize when this letter was discovered.   We also have the enclosure that assigned the general officers, including Grant, Sherman, Meade, about 50 others involved in field command or occupation duty, such as in Memphis and New Orleans.

    It was amazing.   Now it is easy to see why Father O'bamaham has decided to follow the lead of his namesake and advise the Al Qaida operatives in Iraq and the Al Qaida and Taliban operatives in Afghanistan of the time American force of arms will be withdrawn from those two countries.   That has paved the way for waves of cowardly assassinations of Iraqi civilians and officials (25 to-day so far), American troops, and Afghani civilians.....some immediately after the early withdrawal of American force from Iraq, and the rest after the Taliban and the 7th Century Club became certain that Afghanistan would not have the Gringos around to try to drag the crummy country at least up to the 9th Century.   We knew that things were getting back to normal when the Kabul Times began to publish Help Wanted ads like the following:

     One can only wonder what would have happened to Hapless George W. A few small points....

     No, Miss Fluke, you do not have the right to require that anybody be forced to pay for the restringing of your tennis raquet.    You can go before any psuedo-committee you might wish and employ your 11 year-old girl's voice to decry the utter horrors you have had to suffer because nobody will pay for your designer jeans or special Canadian peanut butter, but it still is a preposterous, arrogant demand.

     Women do not have the right to have their ears lobes pierced because Nancy Pelosi says so.   Men do not have the right to have their golf clubs re-chromed because Barack Hussein O'bama says they do.    If, in your heart of hearts, you actually believe that you, or any woman, has the right to demand that someone other than you, yourself, pay for your contraceptive procedures, then you are a narcissistic, arrogant twit.

      Why would you think that you can demand money from some other woman who is actually living a realistic, worthwhile life, so that you could avoid paying your own way?

      The entire left wing of the political spectrum, when speaking of "women's health" and "women's issues" are deranged.    It brings to mind the image of Dr. Lewinsky, who stormed into Washington, D.C. well into the developing issue pertaining to his daughter.   His daughter was another self-absorbed twit who had tantrums, spoke openly and loudly about her "intimacies" with the President, and generally behaved like spoiled, conceited child.   One learned quickly why the girl was ruined at birth.   Her father is/was a liberal atheist.   Upon arrival in Washington, D.C. he quickly pointed out that he was here to defend his daughter from...Bill Clinton....?    No, he had arrived to defend his daughter from Kenneth Starr.

      His daughter was a twit.   His daughter had behaved in a manner that could only be described as 125% inappropriate.    The white-trash, plastic man, wholely invented as a true person by a lap-dog marxist press. who occupied the White House at the time had continued true to perform in his role of a whore, advantaging himself of the pitiful, chubby little trollip.

      But Dr. Lewinsky, a liberal, blamed.....Kenneth Starr.    He was going to protect his daughter from Kenneth Starr, not William Jefferson Blythe.   Such is the logic of a liberal.

     Next come Valerie Plame and her incredible husband, Joe Wilson.    Miss Plame (or Mrs. Wilson, one never knows how to address these people) whines and moans that Karl Rove "exposed" her as a CIA agent, thereby making her a target for all kinds of dangerous retributions.   She becomes, and to a lesser extent her husband, a great cause celebre among the leftist crowd....she is a Joan of Arc, a secret agent, braving the dangers of cunning and bloodthirsty enemies of America....as if the left ever cared about enemies of America since around 1966.    Although Vogue Magazine ran a cover article about her well before she was outed, in reality by Richard Armitage who has his own personal problems, somehow she became of martyr of the Inquisition of Scooter Libby and Karl Rove.    It all makes sense, does it not?    No?    Well, of course, it doesn't make sense to anybody capable of critical thinking.

     We then remember that stellar personality, Angela Hill.   Her troubling story about the horrible things Clarence Thomas did were amazing.   It was worse than Ted Bundy and Geoffry Dahmler all put together.    Oh!  The Humanity....!     The press had been preparing for weeks to air the pre-fab story about the horrible "harrasment" Angela and all women had been, were being, and would always be forced to suffer.    Of course, when it became clear that her story was like trying to float and anvil, the Molly Yard Liberation Committee came to the rescue and pronounced, "It does not matter if Thomas is guilty or not.   What matters most is the seriousness of the charges against him".    One of the finest moments in leftist logic, especially when they have their sites set on destroying an innocent person who might well not support abortion.   Abortion, abortion, abortion.   Late term, early term, post partem abortion, free abortion, drive-through abortions, abortions for 12 year old girls without permission from parents, abortion, abortion, abortion.  Abortion through Central Government force and power.

     The excerpts above are accurate in the sense that Knopf was not a Nazi or a Klansman.  But Sanger, Knopf, Stoddard, and others of Sanger's stable of elitist, socialist madmen actually inspired and collaborated with the eugenisists of the Reich to reach for the higher goals of racial purification and the elemination of the Hebrew Plague.   Bridging through to the present with the groups such as NARAL, NOW, Emily's List, Move On, Code Pink, the Amazon Battalions gather under the guise and cause of "reproductive rights" to continue the effort togain control over the lives of the plebian and insignificant creatures such as El Gringo Viejo, conservatives, Republicans, and those who generally take care of themselves and a few othes.....on their own.

The Girl Scouts of America now works closely with Planned Parenthood to advance the undertanding of reproductive rights among girls.   God is in his Heaven, all is well with the World?

Best to Remember - The Republic of Texas

     There is a lot of interesting stuff about Texas.   A lot of it is even true.   Sometimes the truth is left a little incomplete, sometimes it is embellished a bit.   On this little graphic, for instance, one notices that one of the flags of the Six Flags of Texas is the "Confederate Flag".   Almost all OROGs know that the Stars and Bars is not the "Confederate States of America official banner.   The picture below depicts the correct, official, and ultimate banner of the Confederacy.

     This is actually the flag known as the "Stars and Bars".    The other is a battle flag, based upon the Cross of Saint Andrew, the patron saint of Scotland.

     It is worth the noting also that Lorenzo de Zavala, the financier of the Texian Revolution, finally convinced the Anglo and other settlers and colonists in Texas that Texas would not be recognised if Antonio Lopez de Santa Ana, President and General of the Army were able to subordinate the Constitution of 1824 and establish a Centralist government.   He also convinced them that Antonio Lopez de Santa Ana was fully capable of delivering a force of 20,000 well armed and trained and successful soldiers in good order to the centre of Texas in a few short weeks, not months.   He was right.

     de Zavala was the inscriptor of the Texas Declaration of Independence, as he had been the one of the principal authours of the republican Mexican Constitution of 1824.    He was also something of a renaissance man, fluent in several languages, and a politically important person from the State of Yucatan.    He was also a Scottish Rite Mason.

     de Zavala was also the first Vice-President of Texas, thereby the President of the Senate and essentially secretary of the Government.   He gave 3,000,000 pesos to the Government, which in to-day's money would be roughly 50,000,000 dollars.  Without him, there would have been no Republic of Texas.    Would that he would return.

It is best to remember that the Defenders of the Alamo never knew that Texas had declared independence and withdrawn from the Mexican Union.  The Alamo fell on the 6th of March, 1836, four days later.   Their battle flag was the Mexican tri-colour with the number 1824 written on the center white field.    Some think that that banner was designed as a statement of desire to seek reconciliation with Mexico.   It was and it was not.
     It was first and foremost a statement of total rejection of the person and authority of Antonio Lopez de Santa Ana.   At best, Texas would never have remained withing the Mexican Union.   A commonwealth arrangement was possible.   Some dispute the fact that the 1824 flag flew over the Alamo, but it is well documented, even in the diary of Lt. Col. Enriquez de la Pena,  XO, First Zapper Batallion, which was the first group to breach the walls.   It is said that two flags were taken by the Army, one was the white star/blue field  of the New Orleans Blues, Volunteers, and the other the Mexican 1824 flag.    Some say the Lopez de Santa Ana had the latter destroyed, some say it was taken at San Jacinto, after the defeat of the main body of Lopez de Santa Ana's army and his capture.   Legends say that a collector probably has it to this day, hidden away.   I doubt that.

     The Mexican government returned the other flag just a few years ago, after it had been displayed in the hall of trophies in Chapultepec Castle in Mexico City since 1921.
