Mexico News of Interest....(NO CHILDREN!!)
In the continuing issue of the events surrounding the supposed arrest of the son of "El Chapo" Guzman, we are being treated to a considerable furor, led by the left-wing press. His attorney says it is a case of mistaken identity, and then a woman who is a be-wrought "mother" of the poor child who has been unjustly arrested, and a "wife" of that same sad individual have been telling the all-too-sympathetic press that this poor child is not who it is said that he is. He is simply a poor, used-car salesman struggling to make a living in a maligned profession, but that he is nothing more or less than a common, honest, working man.
The corollary, or course, is that the Mexican military....be it the Naval Infantry or the Army....is always wrong, is always guilty of evidence planting, is always corrupt, mean, and and is just a bunch of bad people.
The problem buried in all of this is that the individual arrested and detained really is a person who has been identified by numerous common citizens as an individual who has bragged that he is who the Naval Infantry says he is. He has bragged in the cantinas, and he has bragged to people at soccer games, and he has bragged at social events involving mainly cartel people and their families. He has been identified by people at considerable risk to themselves and their families. And, he has been identified by American investigative personnel.

There are a few problems with his story, as well. His used-car operation has been the scene of numerous confrontations between various factions of various cartels. People have been killed there on three or four occasions. He first said that he was just a salesman, but now it seems that he has documentation suggesting that he is the owner. He resisted a call by the Naval Infantry to open his door and come forward.
Allow El Gringo Viejo to suggest, if the Naval Infantry calls upon a person to open the door and come forward, there is nothing to gain, be one innocent, in resisting the order. And, in 99.999999% of the cases, you will lose the point by resisting. The firepower of a platoon of these military people is....to put it very conservatively....formidable. Inside the house, the authorities found 132,000 dollars in cash, neatly bundled. They also found two of the fairly common grenade launchers normally found in the homes of poor used car salesmen, along with two fully automatic rifles (AK-47) and several thousand rounds of ammunition for said weaponry. A couple of pistols were found as well along with ammunition for those weapons. At first the poor, innocent, used-car salesman said that he had the money from the sale of a home (this according to his attorney). Unfortunately he could not remember exactly where that home is or was, nor could he remember who had bought that home. The attorney declared that the weaponry had been planted along with the ammunition, and that the Naval Infantry is guilty of trying to frame his client. Later it is learned that the poor innocent used car salesman thought that some or all of the weaponry and ammunition had been given to him as a kind of a "down-payment" on the purchase of a late-model used car.
Enter the killing of a person who bears a familial resemblance to the poor, innocent, used- car salesman, on the 18th of June, 2012. This killing is in Culiacan, Sinaloa some distance up the Pacific Coast road from these scenes aforedescribed in Zapopan, an interior suburb of Guadalajara. We include this unfortunate picture, once again only for adults. Obied Cano Zepeda is the unfortunate on the ground with face towards the camera. He has a strange resemblance to his 1st cousin in Zapopan. Obied is (was) also a pilot, and worked for his Uncle El Chapo. Some think his Uncle has succumbed to various disorders and that the Cartel might be unravelling from its base somewhere in the remote mountains between Durango, Sinaloa, and Chihuahua States of Mexico.
In any regard, beware of the news reports concerning this case. It would even be possible that the Federal Prosecutor might release this innocent, used-car salesman....although it is very probable that is the last thing the salesman wants. Were he to walk out of the detention, his life expectancy would be something in the neighbourhood of 30 days. The salesman probably wants to be transferred to a prison east of Mexico City, and if possible be extradited to the United States for crimes charged in various States in our Republic.

According to information from the attorney general, Cano Zepeda, 24 years old, was at his home in Colonia Loma Linda, in the center of Culiacan, when a command (group of 'comandos') cut him down in a hail of bullets. The gunmen descended from several vehicles and fired several shots against others present at the home and those two were also killed. Close to Cano's body was man identified as Luis Alberto López Higuera, 25, the third person killed is Jesus Tostado, 22. During the shooting a man identified as the father of one of the deseased was injured. The injured man is identified as Fernando Lopez Lopez, 64. Obeid Cano was arrested on May 21, 2008 with an arsenal, along with Christian Misael Lopez Estrada.
At that time, the Federal Police captured two hit men of the colony Los Pinos, who had four firearms including a 50 caliber Barrett, hundreds of cartridges, magazines, grenades and 16 luxury vehicles. The machine gun was fitted with a Barrett's easel in the case of one of the vans.
In the forensic review and evaluation of the safe house, officials encountered 16 cars of recent model, seven of which were reported as stolen. The gunmen had in their possession at arrest four guns, 25 magazines, 913 cartridges, 11 of them to Barrett 50 calibre, three gas grenades, vests, boots, and other military paraphanalia.
Obied was the brother of Luis Alberto Zepeda Cano, who was apprehended by the Army on August 22, 2006 along with four other men, including a judge in the town of Bastantita de Tamasula, Durango. These arrests led to the fury of the Sinaloa cartel, which days later threw a body of a man at the main gate of the Ninth Military Zone with a sign on his chest: "For fingering, Eddy". Such is the nature of the days in which we live. We saw the article, for instance, about the 6 boys who killed a 60 year old Chinese fellow in Wilmington, Delaware. The offense of the Chinese fellow? He was delivering a pizza that had been ordered by the 6 much younger men. They killed him and left him slumped over his steering wheel. And then they went back inside to eat the pizza. First things first. Al Sharpton is organising protests at this time I am sure, due to the racism involved in the arrest of the 6 individuals.
The thing is that in Mexico the situation grows steadily better. Slowly, even too slowly. But it is better. In the United States, the urban situation, no matter what kind of cosmetic efforts are made....the situation hovers between hopeless and disastrous. One holds his breath for the results of the next election to give us a chance that the advances made by the Army and Naval Infantry will be solidified and advanced.
Another part of me wonders how there could even be any chance that the American people could be so stupid as to even consider such a thing as a re-election of Barak Hussein O'Bama.
Mexico hovers over making a six year mistake while we hover over making an eight year mistake. We must hope and work for the best solution in both cases.

Michelle is going to England to raise money for the campaign. The GLTG-NAMBLA crowd is invited into the White House for their "special appreciation" day. Obama invites people to send money to his campaign en lieu of sending a gift from the registry for weddings, baptisms, baby showers, and heck....who knows....en lieu of flowers or a charitable memorial donation. The lesbians played their roles predictably by taking turns making an obscene gesture in front of the official portrait of Ronald Reagan.....and proudly photographing themselves in the process.
Pure class. Pure low class. Pure whitetrash. Narcissistic, egotitistical whitetrash. Books full of lies. Uncle and aunt, both illegal aliens, both on the dole, both law breakers, one under ajudication for repeated DWI....but they are still here....on welfare....and angry because ain't nobody done enough for them. And they have legal services normally reserved for people who drive off of bridges with their secretaries paid for by "somebody".

Old Fool Becomes Wise Elder
The godfather of global warming lowers the boom on climate change hysteria.

Two months ago, James Lovelock, the godfather of global warming, gave a startling interview to msnbc.com in which he acknowledged he had been unduly “alarmist” about climate change.
(2) Lovelock blasted greens for treating global warming like a religion.
(3) Lovelock mocks the idea modern economies can be powered by wind turbines.
(4) Finally, about claims “the science is settled” on global warming: “One thing that being a scientist has taught me is that you can never be certain about anything. You never know the truth. You can only approach it and hope to get a bit nearer to it each time. You iterate towards the truth. You don’t know it.”
RETURNING TO EL GRINGO VIEJO'S COMMENTARY:
Al Gore will have to resort to something beyond taking pictures of ice sheets falling off the Antarctic Mass during the 6 Summer months of 18 to 23 hours of sunlight. Sometimes the deceivers do not even need the Sun's help in order to mislead.
People, even dull people, have begun to figure out the trickery and the mendaciousness. Any shyster, with to-day's technology, can make Christopher Reeve walk. A good photo processing laboratory, and..zowee! I'm a spinal surgeon! Bring on the embryonic stem cells!
And, yes Virginia, Polar Bears really can swim quite well, and for long distances....and yes Virginia, Polar Bear daddies really do search out their cubs and kill them....just for sport. They are very bad daddies, so Polar Bear mommies do everything possible to avoid them when they have cubs under their care. And yes, there are about 10 times as many Polar Bears now as there were before Al Gore flunked out of Divinity School, and approximately 9 times as many as before he flunked out of Law School. Even his daddy....who was not a particularly good daddy....could not use his political influence to obtain a graduate degree for his dumbo son. Something like the same problem the Lion of the Senate, Teddy (The Chapaquidick Kid) Kennedy had in spite of his daddy's millions. But at least Old Man Kennedy and Old Man Gore did not kill their cubs.
And, of course, if we want to see lots of Caribou, we'll find large numbers, especially in the Winter, hanging around the Alaska Pipeline....and if you want to have a really successful fishing trip in the Gulf of Mexico....head for an off-shore drilling rig. Or an old wreck.

Two months ago, James Lovelock, the godfather of global warming, gave a startling interview to msnbc.com in which he acknowledged he had been unduly “alarmist” about climate change.
The implications were extraordinary.
Lovelock is a world-renowned scientist and environmentalist whose Gaia theory — that the Earth operates as a single, living organism — has had a profound impact on the development of global warming theory.
Unlike many “environmentalists,” who have degrees in political science, Lovelock, until his recent retirement at age 92, was a much-honoured working scientist and academic.
His inventions have been used by NASA, among many other scientific organizations.
Lovelock’s invention of the electron capture detector in 1957 first enabled scientists to measure CFCs (chlorofluorocarbons) and other pollutants in the atmosphere, leading, in many ways, to the birth of the modern environmental movement.
Having observed that global temperatures since the turn of the millennium have not gone up in the way computer-based climate models predicted, Lovelock acknowledged, “the problem is we don’t know what the climate is doing. We thought we knew 20 years ago.” Now, Lovelock has given a follow-up interview to the UK’s Guardian newspaper in which he delivers more bombshells sure to anger the global green movement, which for years worshipped his Gaia theory and apocalyptic predictions that billions would die from man-made climate change by the end of this century.
Lovelock still believes anthropogenic global warming is occurring and that mankind must lower its greenhouse gas emissions, but says it’s now clear the doomsday predictions, including his own (and Al Gore’s) were incorrect.
He responds to attacks on his revised views by noting that, unlike many climate scientists who fear a loss of government funding if they admit error, as a freelance scientist, he’s never been afraid to revise his theories in the face of new evidence. Indeed, that’s how science advances.
Among his observations to the Guardian:
(1) A long-time supporter of nuclear power as a way to lower greenhouse gas emissions, which has made him unpopular with environmentalists, Lovelock has now come out in favour of natural gas fracking (which environmentalists also oppose), as a low-polluting alternative to coal.
As Lovelock observes, “Gas is almost a give-away in the U.S. at the moment. They’ve gone for fracking in a big way. This is what makes me very cross with the greens for trying to knock it … Let’s be pragmatic and sensible and get Britain to switch everything to methane. We should be going mad on it.” (Kandeh Yumkella, co-head of a major United Nations program on sustainable energy, made similar arguments last week at a UN environmental conference in Rio de Janeiro, advocating the development of conventional and unconventional natural gas resources as a way to reduce deforestation and save millions of lives in the Third World.)
(2) Lovelock blasted greens for treating global warming like a religion.
“It just so happens that the green religion is now taking over from the Christian religion,” Lovelock observed. “I don’t think people have noticed that, but it’s got all the sort of terms that religions use … The greens use guilt. That just shows how religious greens are. You can’t win people round by saying they are guilty for putting (carbon dioxide) in the air.”

Hillary Lurks
This is the one thing that Hillary looks for towards mid-day every weekday. She and her fellow caldron stirrers are calling each other at this moment....asking....'"Is it time now? Is it time?"

The graph below reveals the looming O'bama disaster that will probably seal the deal with the Hillary cliq to storm the walls for her justly deserved nomination as the candidate for the Presidency for the Democrat National Socialist Workers' Party. Their campaign motto is sure to be, "We are at least as good as a Texas Department of Corrections Inmate", or "Change and Hope" or "Whatever and Lots of It, Maybe!".
Just some thoughts. One hundred days in American politics is an eternity, we know. But 72 more hours of this is going to be like sitting in the dentist's chair and listening to the drill for the Democrat money bundlers. There are almost certainly poobahs from the deep voices in the choir asking White House people for the particulars about the Fast and Furious - 2nd Amendment Abolition Program. It will take about 12 Grand Poobahs to show 'thumbs down' in their conference call to authorise the purchase of two adult, and two children's, one-way Greyhound Bus tickets to Chikenyacago, Illinois.
A pleasure always to be in contact with the OROG family. More coming later about the sons of El Chapo Guzman....something very encouraging and hopeful.

Why and Because
George Bush XLIII - Why the low scores?
David Dewhurst is an example of the same disease that crippled King George II. Although King George II was much more rough-cut, and more Texian than his father King George I, all three of the above-named are country-club Repblicans who like to be "reasonable". Let's not be argumentative....let's be adults about all of this. King George I said it best one time while responding to a reporter's question about whether or not Good King George I was "conservative enough" to placate the extremist elements of his own party. King George I said "I think so. I am conservative. I'm just not crazy about it like some of my friends."
King George II and David Dewhurst and to a degree Rick Perry are all painted with this same brush. In their way they try to be moderate and kinder and gentler so as to help the unwashed with free money, and also in their way they try to recognise natural law and render unto those forces their place in the scheme of things. Reference King George II's benefiscence in deigning to "give" the geezers their "free" medicine. It was just the right thing to do. It was such "the right thing to do" that even the marxist AARP was doing back-flips in celebration.
Reference Mrs. King George I going to the funeral of the poor boy in flyover country who died of AIDS. She went out to express solidarity with the "AIDS community" and to underscore that "we are all part of this problem". She wanted to show that she and her family were not like that cowboy before them who did nothing to prevent AIDS. She and hers were much better, and could somehow equivilate three boys in rural Ohio, who were hemophiliac and essentially murdered by some HIV-contaminated blood donor, with homosexuals who were having scores of sexual contacts per week or month in bathhouses and homosexual bars and landing pads from San Francisco to Manhattan.
It is because, among the little people, they have those diseases and it really doesn't matter how they get it. The little people are all essentially the same and to be equally pitied. It's like the polio. We just can't be judgemental, you see.
So, during the last Republican primary in Texas, a nobody like Fred Cruz, runs a surprisingly strong second and forces a run-off. This is after a muli-million dollar advertising blitz that actually was full of mis-leading half-truths and lies about Cruz. This blitz was begun towards the end of the campaign, aggressively broadcast and telephoned throughout the Republic of Texas, and in the end....rejected. Many people voted for Dewhurst because it was his "time". They seemed confused that some obscure Mexican fellow could be taken as a reasonable candidate. When the run-off happened, many of those same people asked how this could be.
They found out that Cruz is Latin...but not Mexican. His origin is Cuban. They learned that he was Solicitor General for the Republic of Texas and has tried many cases successfully in various venues, including the United States Supreme Court. They learned that he had a Harvard Law School record as well, but one of great substance....graduated with highest honours...unlike the unpleasant record of the unpleasant current President of the United States. They learned that he is a natural law, common law conservative. He is not "reasonable" about principle. He is not a fair weather conservative.

David Dewhurst is stunned that the Republican Party of Texas did not give him a 90% endorsement in the past primary. He was stunned by the fact that a Tea-Party nobody who is not even a millionaire would even run, much less finish a strong second and force a run-off. Twelve million dollars and super-blue blood connections certainly should have been able to withstand a challenge by some Latin rube with barely a million dollars of nickle and dime money raised from nobodies. After all, the Lieutenant Governor's position in the governmental organisation of the Republic of Texas truly is the most powerful position in the Republic. Second is the Speaker of the House. A very distant third is the Governorship, something that was put in place by the Constitution of 1876 after a very bad spate of it with another arrogant blue-blood jackass, Edmund Davis, who was the Yankee-imposed Reconstruction governor (Yes, Texas...the least Slave State in the Confederacy...was under Reconstruction for over 10 years).
David also knew what was best for all the little people. King George I and King George II also knew that it was best to be nice and give people free money. To be reasonable. So, we change the black beret from a distinctive uniform appointment to a general part of the standard uniform. We fail to bomb into shreds the nearest military airport to the place where the fighters took off to harrass our legitimate reconaissance plane. We then make sure that we order all the new black berets from Red China. We also make sure that we send women into combat to have their heads and legs blown off....for the cause of some false equality. We call Hillary and Chucky to say "Whatever you need to rebuild New York City, you have a blank check". We give the geezers free medicine. We strengthen every worthless program that damages the poor as well as the taxpayers such as food stamps, Section 8, Head Start, AFDC, rent subsidies, utility subsidies, and scores of other useless crutch programs that cripple much more than cure. We expand "bio-fuels" subsidies. After all, all this money winds up back in the bank. It helps the farmers when people eat...and eat....and eat....and eat. And just think how we keep the rents up with free money....and just think how the neighbours like it when felonious, filthy swine move into that nice little cottages and apartments next door and turn them into crack houses full of addicts and prostitutes....ah! social justice. All of this is brought to us courtesy of the people who know better than we do....and who live in gated communities.
No veto pen. Acquiescence at every turn. King George II could say, like his father, "I am a conservative, I'm just not crazy about it." El Gringo Viejo voted for King George II four times in general elections. When the alternatives are Creatures from the Black Lagoon and ghouls like Al Gore, Ann Richards, and John Kerry....the lesser of two evils has a deeper meaning.
And it is recognised that class is class. Both King Georges and their families have more class in their toenail cuttings than any Democrat in the national socialist pantheon. To think that Democrat leadership would show a semi-animated film of Christopher Reeves walking and that they would use Michael J. Foxx to shill for embryonic stem-cell research as a plausible route to cure for multiple sclerosis! What pitiful, soul-less people. And those objections are just the peak of the peak of the peak of the iceberg of complaint about the Democrat National Socialist Labour Party.
It remains the case that the greatest fear the Country Club, RINO, pink-Republicans is to arrive at the County Convention of the local Republican Party and find the place full of red-necked hillbillies and pepper-bellies wearing hats and boots and people with crankcase oil smudges on their bib-overalls, and people with bad teeth and K-Mart clothes and black people wearing Uncle Sam red, white, and blue outfits, and all that (shiverrrrr) tacky stuff. After all, they are not "real Republicans".
You see...we are real Republicans....and we are a bit crazy about following natural and common law....much of which is included in the Constitution of the United States of America. We accept the country club Republicans as real Republicans, but they do not truly accept us until their plumbing backs up, or their head gasket blows, or they need that special wedding cake....or some other urgent errand needs to be attended.
And yes, Virginia, I shall vote for Dewhurst should he win the Republican run-off. It appears at this point that he will lose decisively. Either Cruz or Dewhurst would be better for the Republic of Texas as well as the United States than any Democrat in these days.

El Gringo Viejo voted for King George II four times in general elections. When the alternatives are Creatures from the Black Lagoon and ghouls like Al Gore, Ann Richards, and John Kerry....the lesser of two evils has a deeper meaning.
And it is recognised that class is class. Both King Georges and their families have more class in their toenail cuttings than any Democrat in the national socialist pantheon. To think that Democrat leadership would show a semi-animated film of Christopher Reeves walking and that they would use Michael J. Foxx to shill for embryonic stem-cell research as a plausible route to cure for multiple sclerosis! What pitiful, soul-less people. And those objections are just the peak of the peak of the peak of the iceberg of complaint about the Democrat National Socialist Labour Party.
